rafflecopter.app is an independent random comment picker for Instagram posts and reels, with a public SHA-256 proof page for every draw, free for posts up to 200 comments and one-time payment per draw above that (no subscription). It is not affiliated with the original Rafflecopter (rafflecopter.com), which closed on October 1, 2025.

When the deadline in your rules passes, copy the giveaway post or reel link.
Paste the link, choose how many winners you need and list usernames that are not eligible.
Run the draw, record the reveal if you want, and post the proof page link with the result.
State the deadline, who can enter (country, age), how to enter ("comment below") and how the winner will be contacted. Rules like "follow us" or "tag two friends" are common, but the picker does not verify them — plan to check the winner by hand.
Say in the post that the winner will be drawn at random from the comments and that the result will be published with a proof link. That answers most "was it rigged?" questions in advance.
Set the number of winners to more than one: the first is the winner and the next ones are backups, in order. If the winner does not reply within the deadline you set in the rules (48 to 72 hours is common), go to the next name without running a new draw.
Each username counts once, even if that person commented many times. Add your own account and your team to the excluded list.
